Anti protein non-enzymatic glycation and antioxidant activity of resveratrol

Research on resveratrol’s anti-protein non-enzymatic glycosylation and antioxidant activity finds that it is dose-dependent. The effect of anti-protein non-enzymatic glycation is more effective than that of catechins, antioxidant effect is slightly worse.
